I. Vehicle Listings and Services
a. Refund Policy:
  • Fees paid for vehicle listings and promotional services on WheelPact are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a technical error or platform malfunction resulting in a duplicate charge, please contact our customer support for assistance.
b. Cancellation of Services:
  • Monthly and yearly plans for vehicle listings can be canceled at any time, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
II. Reservation and Purchase of Vehicles
a. Refund Policy:
  • The Reservation fee is refundable when the visiting person rejects the vehicle, and the reservation-cancelled request has been raised by the Partner Dealer.
  • The Reservation fee is non-refundable if the person does not visit the vehicle on the scheduled date and time.
  • The Reservation fee is non-refundable until the scheduled date & time.
  • The 10% service charge mentioned in the Bill Summary is non-refundable in any case; only the reservation fee will be refunded.

Note: The Reservation Refund Policy outlined above applies specifically to the reservation of vehicles on WheelPact and is distinct from the general Refund Policy related to vehicle purchases. For refund inquiries related to vehicle purchases, buyers should refer to the terms and conditions of the specific dealership and contact them directly.

b. Return Policy:

WheelPact does not facilitate the return of vehicles. Buyers should refer to the dealership's return policy for information on returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

III. Technical Issues and Disputes
a. Refund in Case of Technical Issues:

If technical issues on the WheelPact platform prevent the proper display of a vehicle listing, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered at the discretion of WheelPact.

b. Disputes:

Disputes regarding refunds or returns related to vehicle listings or services should be addressed directly with WheelPact customer support. We will work to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
